First of all they were late for my appointment. Then they had me buy the wrong type of hair for what I wanted. I asked for large knotless twist, even showed a picture and left it up on my phone so they could reference it and they still gave me knots on top of my twist. When I told the owner (who was one of the people doing my hair) that I wanted knotless, she responded by saying I didnt tell her. Um yes I did... I told the lady that I made the appointment with and I showed the owner the pic of what I wanted and it was knotless so that's common sense....My parts are not straight and the twist aren't neat....just a waste of $218 dollars. I will never patronize them again and will tell all my people.

I enjoy the experience when I go get my hair braided. I can not rem my braider's name but she is professional and ask questions and keeps me posted as to what she is doing bc I am picky. She has been patient with me each time and I appreciate that. Especially when I am paying decent money.. I want what I want . I can walk in and do not have to spend all day waiting which I enjoy also. I am not one to be waiting hours to get in the chair then another few hours to get me hair braided...no mam! And I really never get anything super fancy or something that takes half a day so I told my braider I only wanted her to braid my hair not 2 people on my head at same time..and she accommodated, Thank you! Just a little advice with the towels used to catch the braids after you dip them in hot boiling water...please make sure the towels are clean and do not smell of old wet towel again that has been sitting for hours and used on several heads! I personally like to bring my own combs..I hope they disinfect the other items properly from person 2 person. Other than that keep up the great work!

Very slow, not gentle, not professional (on the phone) and the beautician kept disappearing. Would not accept my credit card but did accept others.
