Extremely weird behavior here. I was visiting this salon from out of town and wanted a pedicure. The salon wasn't the cleanest but I was trusting the recommendation of a local so I stayed. I received a mediocre pedicure and really didn't have any conversation with my nail tech. The strange part is there was another nail tech here (a female) that kept recording my sisters and I. We didn't discover until we were leaving but I clearly saw her holding her phone up and in my direction with the phone following we were walking. I quickly turned my face and my sister so we wouldn't be in the camera. I said loudly " I have to go it's getting weird and I don't like it". After paying, I left with my younger sister and went outside. My older sister was still inside so I called to tell her what happened only to find out the same happened to her when she first arrived. Now, I am seeing sex trafficking videos all over tik tok that is happening in a similar fashion at other nail salons and I am extremely alarmed.

I have been going here for years. I love the service I receive. Friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of different colors and brands to choose from. They can do alot of different, beautiful designs on your nails.

My Mom has been getting pedicures here for years. Forgot about an appointment she made. She never missed an appointment. They called her and left a nasty message about missing her appointment. Not only that but told her not to reschedule. Is that how you treat repeat clients?!

The worst nail salon. Made a appointment waited 3 weeks. Got there a little early, they allowed me to soak my feet. Then she finished her customer, came to me proceeded to do my feet. She took tools and lightly touch my feet. I looked down at feet, she didn't cut cuticles, nothing. I asked her to at least cut cuticles. She said you don't like, I said you're not finished. She then demanded me to pay before she completed her job. I said you didn't do anything, she demanded money. I said I wasn't paying. I got up, left. I told I was going to report her. She's screaming 'I'm Sorry' as I proceeded to walk out of the door.

After a long day at work I decided I wanted to go and get my feet done. I've only been here once before, which was June 24th because I had a wedding to attend on June 25th.
This place accused me of cursing them out and acting a fool in their place of business. That isn't true! I spoke so highly of their business once I left and I even sent several people to them.
I even tried to explain to two separate people who were rude to me, that I wasn't the individual that they thought I was but they continued to be rude.
I thought I found a really good nail salon but not at all. My feelings are hurt. IT'S A ZERO FOR ME.
