Vincent isa great and helpful pharmacist. The staff under him are all professional and always helpful.
UPDATE: Unfortunately, Vincent moved onfrom this location.
The new head pharmacist hasn't released myscript and she's now preventing mefrom transferring itto adifferent (more convenient) pharmacy. This behavior isunacceptable! The new pharmacist does not show any “bedside manners” tothis store's customers. I'm very disappointed that she's forcing meto switch locations after being wit

Had unpleasant experience. Overpriced merchandise. Cashiers don’t communicate well. Luckily, there isa variety ofpharmacies and convenience stores inthe area.

About online store pickup orders. Website forced you topay abag fee and say it's refundable. Idon't need another paperbag. Store says they can't refund.

There isa 2for $10deal ontoilet tissues, although Ican’t even consider ita deal because it’s onthe package, but one ofthe only two left ofthe tissues was opened. The manager wouldn’t give methe one undamaged package for $5, said hecouldn’t change the price.

The guy that was trying toassist mewas not the most helpful and nice person.
First, Ireceived aphone call inthe morning toresolve mychallenge with insurance and they confirmed that Ican pick upmy prescription around noon. soI went there thinking that it's going tobe ready topickup.
However, the first lady that tried tohelp mewas super shy and seemed tobe not very knowledgeable and then she sent meto this pharmacist who was onthe phone call.
Then hetold methat they did not
have the supply and his colleague did not check when she told meit's available. Since Iran out ofmy medication Iasked for resolution. Hekept being onthe call and even though hewas onhold acouple oftimes and having another phone touse) hetold meto wait for more than 15mins.I asked him how long doI need towait toget mymedication orgetting any resolution and his response was unclear and unfriendly. Hetold methat ifI want totake itsomewhere else, hewill able tosearch itfor meAFTER hefinished with the phone call (which Ihave noidea for how long— Icounted it's about 20mins until hefinished which was unreal).
In between Iasked him ifhe can search the one inHoboken and hesaid which one and Isaid Idon't know. Itold him that they should have itin the system and his reply was super rude: hewas like: how many wallgreens inJersey -50! Tobe honest, first ofall, Ihave ZERO idea where this medication will beavailable— sodo you want meto call wallgreens one byone? are you being real?
Then this lady shows upand apologized— which finally the very first thing anybody shouldsay! Idon't see why it's sohard tosay: 'I amsorry there's amiscommunication and let mehelp you'. Idon't understand why you work asif weare animals. weare sick and weare frustrated that wehave toeven visit your drugstore and the last thing wewant tofeel isbeing mistreated.

Huge store with multiple exits upstairs. Have anentrance from Grand Central which isa plus.
Have 3checkout.
Awesome pharmacy team, all are very knowledgeable & helpful.
Great beauty team.
Have achoice ofsnacks.
Quick & easy checkout.
Lots ofseasonal items.
