My Hero Academia Season 7, Episode #13 Teases the Battle Between Deku and Shigaraki
My Hero Academia season 7, episode 13, is set to be an exciting one, with Deku having just arrived at the battle against Shigaraki after being teleported to the wrong location due to Toga's interference. The fate of Bakugo still hangs in the balance as well, and Deku will no doubt have some feelings about that situation as well, once he gets his bearings.
My Hero Academia Episode 12 saw the heroes doing their utmost to protect Bakugo and heal his injuries, including a dramatic sacrifice by the pro hero Edgeshot, who used his Quirk to enter Bakugo's body and turn his own body as thin as thread, allowing him to suture up Bakugo's internal injuries with even greater accuracy than Best Jeanist was capable of. It's not quite clear just what the consequences of this might be for Edgeshot at the moment, but Best Jeanist seemed to treat this action as if Edgeshot were putting his own life at risk for the boy. It's an incredible act of heroism, and with any luck, it just might do the trick.

What Happened in My Hero Academia, Season 7, Episode #12?
Deku Arrives at the Battle against Shigaraki
Episode 12 checked in with many of the situations occurring in the final war. Dabi is still active, and putting off even greater heat than he already was, having copied Shoto's move. All for One was revealed to have taken a medicine based on Eri's Rewind, which has undone the damage to his body, even that caused by All Might years ago, but this healing comes with a catch--All for One will continue rewinding until he ceases to exist. Wielding tremendous power on a time limit, All for One attempts to reunite with Shigaraki and transfer what remains of his power to his protege/other self.
Back at the Shigaraki battlefield, Edgeshot made his dedicated sacrifice in a desperate attempt to help Bakugo recover. It was a touching moment with Best Jeanist, who was also doing his best to help stitch up Bakugo's injuries. Mirko, Lemillion, and the others did their best to keep Shigaraki busy, but Shigaraki noticed their attempts to heal Bakugo, and they enraged him. Shigaraki transformed into a new form, taking on a terrifying appearance clad in mutant hands that protect his body like armor. With a little help from Lemillion, Deku was finally able to arrive at the battle, and this fight has definitely reached a new stage.
My Hero Academia Season 7, Episode #13 Teases the Battle Between Deku and Shigaraki
Deku is Horrified at What Shigaraki Has Wrought
Episode 13 of season 7, entitled "A Chain of Events, Across the Ages," is set to focus on Deku, now that he has arrived at the Coffin in the Sky where Shigaraki is being fought. Deku will catch sight of the devastation he's already caused, and how rough the other heroes are looking--particularly Bakugo, seemingly dead on the ground. If anything is going to shake Deku's focus and control at this point, it'll be Bakugo; Deku will no doubt blame himself for not making it here in time, but there's no time for self-pity with a foe as deadly as Shigaraki still active and stronger than ever. Deku will need to get his head in the game and start fighting right away if the heroes are to stand a chance.
The next episode preview also showed a flashback to the era of All for One's original rule over the world, with All for One holding someone, seemingly the Second User of One for All, up by the neck, threatening him. It will be interesting to get a closer look at the time period where All for One reigned supreme, and how those who originally stood against him managed to do so. The ending teases the reveal of the final Quirk hidden within One for All, so this episode is definitely one that fans of My Hero Academia won't want to miss.

In My Hero Academia, some humans have superpowers called quirks. Izuku Midoriya, nicknamed Deku, is not one of them. Deku has always idolized heroes like the number one hero, All Might, and since he was a child, he has always wanted to be a hero. However, his lack of a quirk has always held him back, but a chance encounter with All Might after discovering a classmate in danger sets Deku on the path to becoming a true hero. My Hero Academia centers around Deku and a class of heroes-in-training at UA. This school shapes young quirk users into future heroes through fake rescue missions, combat training, and other hero-tempering tasks. With young Deku inheriting the "One-For-All" quirk, he will learn what it means to be a true hero while facing off with dastardly supervillains.
