I went in for lashes and it was my first and LAST time...There was sooooo much glue that they felt and looked DISGUSTING! Glue was down over 1/2 the lash making them look so unrealistic...Everyone was saying how good of a job they usually do with lashes...yet this couldn't be that! Honestly, I really want my money back...

I used to go to this place a lot with very good experience, but this time it's just really bad for two reasons.
1. My figures were cut twice during the filing. One of the cut is really deep so I have to see a doctor after 2 days. However, my nail artist said the reason I had the cut is that my skin very thin (???)
2. The nail shape is just horrible. I clearly asked for acrylic with coffin shape, but what they did to my nail shape is simply ugly (thumbs are the worst, it's like a garlic.
Overall their attitude is not bad but they really need to improve their skills in doing this business.

I went here today for the first time after going to another nail salon for the past 2 years that I've lived in Detroit. Mai is efficient with time & does such a good job on both nails & feet. I will be returning!

I've visited twice, once for a gel manicure, another for both a gel mani & pedi. VERY PLEASED with all. The shaping of my nails was what I wanted, better than what I thought possible for my nails, and much better than a more popular salon I'd visited previously. My nails also lasted much, much longer. This is now my place. It's not a fancy spa space, but fine. I've got things to do, just appreciate having my nails done too. Mia (she pronounces as 'my' is wonderful!
