Fast, walk in service.Really happy with how my biogel nails turned out, especially after changing salons because the previous would never do the design I wanted. They didn't spend much time in cleaning the bottom of my feet during the pedicure but overall did a great job on my toes. Read Less

Price was good although service was extremely slow and nails weren't done all the way to the cuticle so looks like they're growing out after only a day. Also they were done way too thick and bumpy.

My toe cuticle was cut by the attendant and started to bleed alot! The attendant put her fingers on the bandaid. I requested another and put it on myself. She insisted to continue to paint the nails. I explained it's bleeding and the nail polish would sting. Two others watched on in disbelif and also reaffirmed it would sting me. I dont think the tools were santized!!! With so many communicable diseases, they need a crash course in first aid. Worse yet, no discount was offered for a 2/3rds finished job which might be a first approach to make amends in a customer care approach. Never again! Read Less

Even if you book an appointment they'll see you on a first come first served basis which is unfair because had I known that I would have planned my day accordingly instead of waiting 1hour and being told the wait would be an additional 30 minute before I could get started. I came here based on a referral from a coworker and I was not disappointed. I got a shellac manicure. I almost always choose shellac when getting my nails done, but my nails from Mai have by far been the longest lasting. I am almost at 2 weeks and they still look brand new! The customer service was amazing also, very friendly staff, will definitely return. Read Less

Booking an appointment was easy. Nail technician kindly offered to stay after close on her own in order to accommodate my appointment for multiple services. I have seen previous reviews that mention that the ladies take their time and hard working. Based on my nail technician, I would whole heartedly agree. Pedicure was flawless and alot of effort was put into my regular manicure. I blame my choice on the light OPI pink shade colour for my mani and cuticles not turning out as flawless as I like... Maybe also that technician was tired. Anyhow, I would recommend nail services. Having a wide screen TV playing juicy reality shows as well as fast Wi-Fi are certainly perks of the salon. However I would hesitate to go back for waxing services anytime soon. She used the roll on wax for my half leg which I really hate (although, in her defense, I am seeing more and more Asian spa estheticians do this) and it hurts like a bitch everytime she would bulldoze over my shin. My hair doesn't grow very long on my legs so I'd much rather use the hard wax and paper method to return them to their shiny smoothness... but she's set on the roller. Underarm was done well although she didn't tweeze for ingrown hairs like my old girl used to (maybe I didn't have any?). Now for the Brazilian. Luckily I had taken a fistful of Advil prior to coming in which definitely lessened the pain. Unfortunately, there were some deep language barriers in trying to communicate my preferred style in that delicate area so it took some time to finally understand one another. The Brazilian waxing was pretty bad, however and just took careless which is why I had to go over the missed spots again and again and again. It was like doing the Brazilian wax two times in a row - no fun! So although this salon is one of the few in London that offer Brazilian waxing, I would steer clear if you already have a decent technician you go to. However two stars for customer service and another for an excellent pedi. Prices are comparatively reasonable to the other salons in the area as well. Read Less

I have recommended friends, family, and coworkers to come here and they all love this place. The color selection in regular and gel polish is amazing borderline overwhelming. I won't return here. In new to London and wanted to take my daughter to get her nails done. I only went to Mai nails because it's around the corner from my house. I don't think the people working here realize when an adult spends money for a child to get their nails done, we're paying for the experience. She stood the entire time they never offered her a seat.
