XENOGEL TECHNOLOGY – THE REVOLUTION OF PERMANENT HAIR REMOVAL*

Skin-friendly crystal gel, combined with the latest photo epilation technology – this is the XENOgel technology exclusively with us. The dye melanin, which is contained in the hair, passes the light pulse to the hair root, which is heated by the energy of light and permanently destroyed. The applied XENOgel (a special crystal gel) cools the surrounding skin and enhances the effectiveness of the light pulse.

ADVANTAGES OF XENOGEL TECHNOLOGY HAIR REMOVAL

Unwanted body hair can be permanently* and gently removed with this method, since the treated hair root can no longer form new hair. The treatment is also completely painless and also sensitive areas (e.g. intimate area) can be treated easily.

NOTICE

For very light and red hair, many hair removal methods reach their limits. The XENOgel Technology also allows the removal of those hair colours without problems. Before the treatment, the hair should be removed with a wet or dry shaver. Other methods of hair removal such as epilation, sugaring and waxing should be stopped 4 weeks before treatment, as an intact combination of hair and hair root is necessary for successful treatment.

IPL – PERMANENT HAIR REMOVAL* WITH LIGHT PULSE

IPL refers to a form of permanent hair removal with pure light. The abbreviation stands for “Intense Pulsed Light”. The light is guided by varying wavelengths to the depth of the hair root, where it scorches them. As a result, the hair falls out within three to twenty days and does regrow afterwards.

ADVANTAGES OF IPL HAIR REMOVAL

Compared to a conventional laser treatment, the IPL method allows faster treatment of larger areas of the skin, since multiple light spectra are used. This, furthermore, offers the possibility to set the device individually to customer needs in order to achieve optimal results.

NOTICE

The same tips apply as with the XENOgel Technology. You should remove the hair the day before with a wet or dry shaver and stop all epilation methods (waxing, sugaring, epilating) 4 weeks before the start of treatment. Furthermore, intensive sun exposure during the treatment period should be avoided.

SHR – SUPER HAIR REMOVAL

SHR is one of the most advanced methods for permanent hair removal and, as the IPL method, also works with non-focused light. It is therefore not a classic laser removal. The special feature lies in the applicator equipped with anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The sapphire crystal in combination with water filters out the high infrared areas of the light.

ADVANTAGES OF SHR HAIR REMOVAL

Durch diese TThis technique requires about 50% less energy than comparable depilatory methods. The energy is not only transmitted via the melanin contained in the hair, but also over the stem cells, which supply the hair root with nutrients. The protein of the stem cells is denatured and thus cut off the food supply of the hair root.

NOTICE

There is a limitation with tattooed body parts. These can not be treated as the colours used in the tattoo could react to the treatment. Tattooed areas are therefore covered and left out of treatment.

DIODE LASER – PROFESSIONAL HAIR REMOVAL

One of the best known and most effective hair removal methods is laser hair removal. The energy of the laser acts on the hair follicle via the melanin of the hair and heats it up to over 60 degrees, which permanently destroys the hair root.

ADVANTAGES OF LASER REMOVAL

Due to the bundled light each hair is treated specifically and thus ensures a lasting and effective result. A specific wavelength of the laser only affects the hair root and does not affect the surrounding skin.

NOTICE

By shaving the skin the day before, the skin has time to calm down, making the treatment even more effective and skin-friendly.

ALEXANDRITE LASER – EFFECTIVE AND HIGH CONSCIOUS

The alexandrite laser is very versatile. In addition to its scope of use in permanent hair removal*, tattoos can be removed and pigmentation can be treated. The laser processes the hair roots with a wavelength of 755nm to permanently destroy them so that no hair can regrow.

ADVANTAGES OF LASER REMOVAL BY MEANS OF ALEXANDRITE LASER

The alexandrite laser has an innovative cooling technology which makes the treatment not only durable but also completely painless. Side effects are not known, even skin irritations are not expected.

NOTICE

Light skin and dark hair are optimal prerequisites for a treatment with alexandrite laser. The laser energy acts via the dye melanin, which is contained both in the skin, as well as in the hair. For light-coloured skin and dark hair, the bundled light waves can pass through the skin gently and are led via the melanin of the dark hair directly to the hair root.

ND: YAG LASER – LASER EPILATION BY THE EXPERT

The YAG-laser works with a wavelength of 1064 nm, since the melanin response well to it.

ADVANTAGES OF THE LASER REMOVAL BY MEANS OF THE YAG-LASER

The YAG-laser is due to its special wavelength highly suitable for a permanent hair removal for people with darker skin.

NOTICE

As with all other technologies of the permanent hair removal*, the respective body area should be thoroughly removed of any body hair.

NEEDLE EPILATION – PERMANENT HAIR REMOVAL* WITH ELECTRICITY

Unlike our photoepilation procedures, needle epilation does not work with light, but with a fine and sterile needle.

ADVANTAGES OF NEEDLE EPILATION

Needle or electroepilation has the advantage that any hair colour can be treated optimally. Thus, even light, red and white hair colours do not pose any difficulties.

TO NOTE

Unlike the photoepilation technologies, in the case of electroepilation the hair should have a length of about 2 to 3mm and therefore should not be shaved.

HOW DOES THE SHR TECHNIQUE WORK?

The SHR technique uses only to 50% the way to the hair follicle via the melanin. The remaining 50% impact the skin directly into the stem cells. These are responsible for the reproduction of hair. Thus, the SHR technology differs from other conventional lasers, because those only affect the stem cells via the melanin. In contrast, in the SHR method, the energy affects the skin and melanin.

This can provide a much gentler and more effective procedure for permanent hair removal*. Thanks to the high efficiency, you can work with less intensity, which means that the risk of burns is significantly reduced. In addition, this leads to a completely painless treatment, unlike IPL and laser. All in all, the end result is a greater effectiveness without pain.

WITH THE SHR METHOD TO INCREASED EFFICIENCY

Prolonged warming, as is the case with SHR technology, can result in more efficient treatment. Unlike the short and high energy peaks found in conventional lasers, the SHR technique shows that with low energy but high repetition rate (up to 10 HZ = 10x per second), a more gentle skin result can be achieved.

However, here the stem cell is not only heated via the melanin but also via the skin to a skin-friendly and moderate temperature of about 45 ° Celsius. This is done slowly, for a longer time (i.e., up to 90 seconds) and with much lower energy. Thus, with the technology also very light hair, partly also white hair, be treated, because here the melanin is only secondarily important for a successful treatment. Another advantage is that the SHR technique is also suitable for people with a dark skin type. This is not always the case with IPL or laser technology. Thus, the SHR technology is suitable for all skin and hair types.

COMPARISON BETWEEN
SHR, IPL AND LASER

The methods of photoepilation for a permanent hair removal* are very different.

With common laser or IPL (flashbulb devices) continuous but very short, about 2-3000 milliseconds, pulses are used, which produce with 12-120 Joule per cm² an enormous energy. Those transmit, via the melanin in the hair, the energy directly into the hair root and heats up, so that a heat of about 65-72° Celsius is created. Here the energy is solely transmitted via the melanin to the hair root or rather hair follicle.

The disadvantage here is, that the skin as well as red blood vessels contain melanin and have the same absorption coefficient as the melanin contained in the hair. Therefore, the high energy peaks of the IPL or laser can be absorbed. Consequently, swelling can occur for some days and in the worst-case tertiary burns are the results. For this reason, it is especially important to choose the optimal treatment intensity. This way a permanent hair removal* can take place without burning or swelling.
